LLC “ROMYROM” (“ROMYROM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the AVIAXY travel assistant and is responsible for the processing described here.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to the AVIAXY website, WhatsApp integration and related support interactions. WhatsApp, Meta, airlines, travel suppliers, AI providers and payment providers may independently process data under their own policies.
3. Data we may process
- WhatsApp identifier, phone number and profile display name;
- messages, button selections, voice notes, images or documents you choose to send;
- routes, dates, passenger counts, cabin class, baggage and search filters;
- passenger details you choose to provide for a booking flow, including name, date of birth, citizenship and travel-document information;
- technical data such as timestamps, message identifiers, delivery status, logs and diagnostics;
- support correspondence, booking references and payment references where needed.
Please do not send information that is not required for the requested service.
4. Why we process data
- to understand and respond to travel requests;
- to search, filter and present travel options;
- to maintain conversation context and request status;
- to prepare or support booking, passenger and payment workflows at your request;
- to provide support, prevent fraud, protect security and comply with law;
- to improve reliability and usability using appropriately limited operational data.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support bookings or payments, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Data may later be deleted, anonymized or archived.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access restrictions, encrypted network transport, monitoring and controlled production access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Data deletion
Follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page or email aviaxiservice@gmail.com with the subject “AVIAXY data deletion”. Do not email passport scans or full payment details.
10. Children
AVIAXY is not intended for independent use by children who cannot legally enter into travel-related transactions. A parent or legal guardian should provide any passenger data concerning a minor.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the service, law or operational practices. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
