1. Acceptance of this Agreement
By accessing the AVIAXY website, starting a conversation with AVIAXY in WhatsApp, pressing an interactive button or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
AVIAXY is a conversational travel assistant. It may help users formulate flight-search requests, review available options, refine filters, select fares, provide passenger information and continue booking or payment-related workflows.
AVIAXY is not an airline, airport, immigration authority or travel-document issuing authority. Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel inventory, prices, schedules and booking fulfilment are provided by third-party suppliers.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must have the legal capacity required to use the service and enter into any related transaction. If you provide data or make arrangements for another passenger, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate.
A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor where required by applicable law.
4. User information and passenger data
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of all information submitted through WhatsApp or the website, including names, dates of birth, citizenship, contact details and travel-document information.
Before any booking is confirmed, you must verify that passenger names and document details exactly match the relevant travel documents. Errors may lead to refusal of carriage, additional charges or cancellation.
5. Search results, fares and availability
Search results are informational until a supplier confirms availability. Prices, taxes, baggage rules, schedules, fare families, refund conditions and exchange conditions may change at any time before final confirmation.
Displayed search results may be incomplete, delayed or affected by third-party data. You must review the final itinerary and fare conditions before proceeding.
6. Booking process
A booking is considered created only after the relevant booking provider confirms it and, where applicable, issues a booking reference or ticket. A message from AVIAXY stating that an option was found or selected does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.
Airline, supplier and agency rules may apply in addition to this Agreement.
7. Payments, refunds and cancellations
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their terms, fees, exchange rates, confirmation times and compliance procedures may apply.
Refunds, cancellations and changes are subject to the applicable fare rules, supplier rules and payment-method limitations. AVIAXY cannot guarantee that a selected fare is refundable or changeable unless this is confirmed in the final terms.
8. Third-party services
The service may rely on WhatsApp, Meta, AI providers, hosting providers, travel-search providers, airlines, ticket suppliers and payment providers. Their services may be unavailable, changed or governed by separate agreements and privacy policies.
LLC “ROMYROM” does not control the independent acts or decisions of third parties, including airline schedule changes, immigration decisions or payment-provider reviews.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for fraud, unlawful transactions or impersonation;
- submit false passenger, payment or identity information;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits or verification procedures;
- send malware, abusive content or automated traffic that disrupts the service;
- copy, reverse engineer or exploit the service except where expressly permitted by law;
- use the service in a manner that violates WhatsApp, Meta or supplier rules.
10. Intellectual property
The AVIAXY name, website design, software, text, interfaces and related materials are owned by or licensed to LLC “ROMYROM”, except for third-party trademarks and content. This Agreement does not transfer ownership or grant a right to use branding beyond normal use of the service.
11. Service availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, external outages, supplier errors, messaging restrictions or security events may interrupt access. We may add, change or remove features where reasonably necessary.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LLC “ROMYROM” is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate user information, airline cancellation, supplier refusal, immigration requirements, missed connections, third-party outages or force majeure.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, respond to abuse or preserve service security. You may stop using AVIAXY at any time and may request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
14. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The effective date will be updated when a revised version is published. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Applicable law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the law applicable to LLC “ROMYROM” and the relevant transaction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to you. Parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting support.
